About this role
Job summary As an Equity Derivatives Confirmations Analyst in the Equity Derivatives Documentation Templating Team, you will support the review, templating, and processing of equity derivatives documentation and confirmations by partnering with stakeholders, addressing queries, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. You will help identify and resolve issues, drive timely follow-up, and contribute to process discipline and risk awareness across the documentation lifecycle.
Job responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate client servicing related to equity derivatives documentation and confirmationsReview documentation to confirm completeness, consistency, and alignment to agreed economic termsAddress legal and economic queries by gathering facts, coordinating responses, and documenting outcomesCollaborate with business, legal, operations, and control partners to progress documentation and resolve blockersInvestigate issues and discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose practical remediation stepsEscalate risks, exceptions, and time-sensitive matters in line with established proceduresMaintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting evidence to enable transparency and auditabilitySupport standardization and templating efforts by providing feedback on recurring issues and opportunities to simplifyContribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and participating in enhancement initiatives Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including strong capability in Microsoft ExcelAbility to review documentation with attention to detail and identify inconsistencies or missing informationStrong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver clear, professional updatesAbility to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environmentSound judgment to escalate issues appropriately and maintain effective risk awarenessTeam-oriented approach with a commitment to inclusive, respectful collaborationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFoundational knowledge of financial markets and capital markets productsExperience supporting confirmations, documentation, or lifecycle processes for derivatives or structured productsFamiliarity with issue investigation and reconciliation processes, including tracking and reportingExperience working with stakeholders across business, legal, operations, and control functions What we offer
