As a Product Owner (Vice President) in the International Private Bank Managed Product team, you will shape and deliver enhancements to our managed investments platform that supports advisors, portfolio managers, and partners globally. You'll translate user needs into a clear roadmap and actionable delivery plans, balancing scalability, resiliency, and stability. You'll work with us in a fast-paced, partnership-driven culture where you can influence outcomes and learn from diverse perspectives. Job responsibilities
Partner with advisors, portfolio managers, and stakeholders to understand investment workflows and prioritize platform opportunitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, technology and operations partners to deliver resilient, scalable, and stable platform capabilitiesLead discovery activities, including user research and journey mapping, to define problems and validate solutionsDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes and user needsTranslate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for delivery teamsUse data, performance metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and design decisionsFacilitate cross-functional decision-making and align stakeholders across multiple initiatives and timelinesCommunicate progress, dependencies, and trade-offs through clear updates and governance routinesIdentify risks and issues early and escalate appropriately to keep delivery on trackDrive continuous improvement across product processes, controls, and user experience Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated experience owning a digital product or platform from discovery through deliveryProven ability to build and manage a product roadmap and translate strategy into measurable outcomesStrong capability to gather requirements, write user stories, and manage a prioritized backlogExperience partnering cross-functionally with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomesAbility to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines while maintaining high standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiencesComfort presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders through structured updates and clear recommendationsA collaborative, inclusive working style and commitment to shared team success Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience supporting wealth management or private banking investment workflows (proposals, portfolio implementation, servicing)Knowledge of investments products, platforms, or related operating modelsExperience contributing to platform modernization or strategic transformation initiativesExperience working across multiple regions and time zones with globally distributed partnersBackground partnering with risk, controls, and governance functions within a regulated environment
