The Programmatic Build Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the primary IT partner to the ARS ETO-Programmatic organization, providing strategic leadership and operational support across programmatic engineering, program management, and build operations. This role acts as the trusted advisor between the business and IT, ensuring technology solutions effectively support program execution, engineering workflows, operational performance, and business transformation initiatives. The BRM is responsible for driving IT execution, identifying opportunities for process improvement, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery of IT capabilities that enable divisional objectives. The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
