The screen-out element for this position is: ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision in performing general maintenance and repair services of utilities, appliances, and associated equipment dealing with air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Major DutiesYou will troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgment to locate malfunctions.You will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of large commercial and industrial heating, ventilations, air conditioning (HVAC), and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs.You will perform installations, modifications, overhauls, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of complex HVAC/R equipment.You will utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
