As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Consumer Marketing to join the US Pharmaceuticals team for rare disease. The Senior Brand Manager, Consumer Marketing, is responsible for supporting and leading execution areas, and optimization of consumer and patient marketing initiatives that drive disease awareness, patient engagement, treatment consideration, and brand growth. Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer & Patient Marketing, this role will support execution across omnichannel campaigns, patient ambassador programs, advocacy partnerships, patient congress activities, content development, agency management, and operational planning. This ia a hybrid position with office hours three days a week in Morristown, NJ. Scope of the role: This role is ideal for a marketer with strong foundational marketing and/or agency experience who is looking to broaden their capabilities, gain exposure to multiple facets of consumer and patient marketing and grow within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will show learning agility, collaboration, accountability, and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility over time. You are naturally collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. You enjoy bringing programs and campaigns to life, managing details, building relationships, and working across teams to achieve shared goals. You are dependable, initiative-taking, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to gain experience alongside an expanding company and develop your ability across consumer and patient marketing. Your key responsibilities: • Execute consumer marketing plans aligned with brand goals, including disease awareness and patient engagement campaigns. • Lead day-to-day execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns across websites, CRM, email, search, social, video, and digital media. • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy consumer, patient, and educational content and assets. • Manage promotional review processes, project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and day-to-day agency/vendor relationships. • Support patient ambassador programs, including scheduling, coordination, content planning, speaker coordination, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. • Support planning and execution of patient-focused activities at patient congresses and advocacy meetings, including materials, ambassador participation, engagement tactics, and pre-, during-, and post-congress communications. • Support commercial partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups, including educational initiatives, sponsorship activities, awareness programs, documentation, and compliance requirements. • Monitor campaign and program performance, KPIs, and insights; partner with media, digital, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for optimization. • Contribute to reporting, business reviews, and ongoing operational planning while ensuring consistency across consumer and patient touchpoints. Who you are: • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, consumer marketing, communications, advertising, media, agency, or related marketing environments. • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives. • Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with omnichannel, consumer, patient, digital, or brand marketing. • Agency experience or experience managing agency partners. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, initiative, accountability, and adaptability. • Rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required. • Exposure to patient engagement, advocacy, or ambassador programs preferred. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,00-200,000. This represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skillset, and performance. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
