Your personal sphere of influence: You will support the team at the Institute of Business Law, Private Law Department, and independently carry out administrative tasks related to personnel, budget, and teaching. Your future tasks: • You will support academic staff in organizing and administering their research and teaching activities. This includes, among other things: organizing meetings, workshops, and travel; taking minutes and preparing data; assisting with the preparation of publications and events; managing project budgets. • You will be the central point of contact and handle German- and English-language correspondence with all interfaces (within the team, university-wide, project partners, students, etc.). • You will support visiting scholars and cooperation partners. • You will administer the job posting/recruitment process and assist with onboarding new employees. • You will update the website. • You will manage the institute’s in-house library. This is part of your personality: • Professional experience in office management (preferably in an academic/university context) • Completion of a general or vocational secondary or higher school (Matura) • Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Excellent German and good English skills • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Typo3) and social media • Experience with SAP is an advantage Your working style: You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, are service-oriented, and like finding solutions.
