We are looking for you, Manager, Operating Models to our Group Business Processes team. The team drives operating model and business process maturity and excellence across Neste Business Areas and Functions In this role, you will be in a high-impact position bridging business strategy with operational reality, driving the development and maintenance of the Neste overall operating model, with specific focus on the commercial operating logic between our customers, suppliers, and different legal entities. In order to optimize the overall operating model, we consider how to best align organizational structures and accountabilities, roles of people and teams, business processes and information flows, IT capabilities, legal entity roles and interactions, physical infrastructure and relevant governance and performance management practices to drive simplicity, efficiency and agility. More about the job Your role in our team Participating in and/or leading agreed operating model development initiatives Leading, facilitating and personally performing operating model design activities Maintaining the operating model content libraries Contributing in operating model methodology and tool development Guiding and supporting business operations in the correct application and use of the existing operating models Collaborating with business operations to identify and address opportunities for operating model improvement The best combination to succeed in this role In-depth knowledge of operating model development Solid understanding of business process and organizational development Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills Fluent written and spoken English Proven project management capability A demonstrated ability to drive change and transformation Strong conceptual, analytical and practical problem solving skills Excellent business acumen, with existing or quickly captured deep understanding of Neste’s commercial operations Good understanding of key financial and commercial aspects of legal entity transaction logic, organizational design, and business process design Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset An open and curious mind, and willingness to actively engage a large network of stakeholders Let’s get you started We look forward to receiving your CV and application by September 15, 2026 .
