This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, providing executive support to a senior leader and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Strategy, Planning and Performance function. About the Role - Tēnei tūranga: As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, helping to manage priorities, scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and key business activities. You'll work closely with the General Manager, anticipating needs, managing workflows, and ensuring business objectives are supported through efficient and effective administration. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across Regional Development and Commercial Services while working alongside senior leaders and key stakeholders across MBIE. Why apply?
