At Lidya Mines, we're looking for a Financial Affairs Chief to join our Finance and Strategy Department. In this role, you'll take ownership of cost accounting, financial control, and reporting in a production-driven mining environment. Responsibilities Manage cost accounting and month-end closing through SAP CO, aligning standard costs with actuals, Prepare cost, OPEX, CAPEX, and budget-vs-actual reports, Control accounting records, reconciliations, and financial statements in line with VUK/TTK and Company procedures, Manage data flow across SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, PM, BPC, FM) and ensure financial control, Track stock, cash, bank, and treasury records, Serve as the finance team's contact person in internal, independent, and tax audits, Work closely with field finance and operations teams to keep data flow under control. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Good command of English, 7+ years of experience in positions, requiring cost accounting, financial control or similar responsibiliies, SMM certificate and experience in mining or manufacturing are plus, Strong SAP and Microsoft excel knowledge, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset, Solid command of VUK/TTK and closing processes.
