Warehousing & Inventory Specialist Remote (U.S.) | Preferred Location: York, PA Area | ~30% Travel About the Role RHI Magnesita is seeking a Warehousing & Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance across North America. In this role, you'll partner with warehouse providers, commercial teams, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management, accurate reporting, and efficient product flow. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supply chain professional who enjoys problem-solving, driving process improvements, and working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory control and resale receiving activities across 3PL warehouse locations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, perform inventory adjustments, and support physical inventory counts Partner with Commercial and Sales teams on inventory availability, deliveries, and issue resolution Coordinate recycling, repackaging, disposal, and slow-moving inventory programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency Support quality-related inventory movements, damage investigations, and customer complaint resolution Serve as a key SAP S/4HANA and EWM resource, supporting warehouse users, troubleshooting issues, and driving system adoption Maintain warehouse master data and monitor warehouse transaction accuracy Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across inventory and warehouse processes What Success Looks Like High inventory accuracy and strong audit results Reduced inventory variances, scrap, and storage costs Effective collaboration with warehouse partners and internal stakeholders Timely resolution of operational and system issues Consistent process improvements that enhance warehouse performance Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations Experience working in SAP (S/4HANA preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred SAP EWM and/or SAP ECC experience Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical inventories Knowledge of quality, recycling, disposal, and warehouse operations Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence others Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Us?
