About this role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the performance, reliability, and long-term value of their Ormat facilities. You will combine strong engineering expertise with relationship-building skills, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues, provide guidance, deliver training, and identify opportunities for services, upgrades, and spare parts. Key Responsibilities Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main technical contact for assigned client accounts. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Coordinate with engineering and field service teams. Deliver client training and technical presentations. Drive after-sales opportunities including services, upgrades, and spare parts. Help clients improve facility reliability and performance. What We're Looking For B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of engineering experience in industrial, energy, or power generation environments. Strong technical understanding of complex systems. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts
