Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big! Key Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain replacement part levels and inventory. Assist Maintenance Personnel with Maintenance Activities in all shops. Assist in the creation and implementation of PM Schedules and Maintenance Improvements. Work to achieve department and company goals by supporting the continued improvement efforts in a team environment. Develop methods and tools to better track maintenance costs and downtime. Identify and resolve maintenance problems in processes. Perform evaluation and documentation for all processes. Take a leading role in 5 S, Safety, and Quality Activities. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, Building and Grounds, Robots, Machine Centers, Forklifts, Shotblasts, Paint Booths, and all other Production Equipment. Understand and support Komatsu Way Qualifications/Requirements Must possess a thorough knowledge of the manufacturing processes. Must have the ability to understand the importance of Preventative Maintenance standards and procedures. Must have the knowledge and ability to assist Maintenance workers in troubleshooting of machines and equipment. Must have the personality and ability to work with outside vendors and resolve issues between different parties. Must have good knowledge of process equipment currently used for production.
