Primary Duties The Student Associate position provides part-time employment opportunities within University of Cincinnati departments. This role offers students the chance to gain valuable work experience while supporting the operations and services of the university. Assist the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator (AFWC) with administrative tasks related to fieldwork education. Organize, maintain, and upload fieldwork-related documents and records to online systems. Assist with preparing course and fieldwork materials, forms, and resources for students. Maintain organized electronic files and spreadsheets related to fieldwork placements and student requirements. Enter, update, and track information using Microsoft Word and Excel. Assist with routine administrative tasks, correspondence, and document preparation. Work independently and manage assigned tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision. Work remotely as needed and participate in a brief weekly check-in with the AFWC. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling student and fieldwork information. Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time. Minimum Requirements Current UC student in good academic standing. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable working with online document management and data-entry systems. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements UC is an E-Verify employer.
