Come Join an Inclusive Team This position is responsible for owning and driving the full suite of role specific, nuanced leadership development programs for manufacturing. The incumbent will maintain and grow existing offerings through consistent implementation, effectiveness measurements, and continual improvement efforts. The position will also identify gaps in current offerings and design and create specific content for additional personas including specialists, and manufacturing managers. This position allows opportunity for the incumbent to drive improvements and change within Global Manufacturing training organization by identifying, developing, and implementing learning strategies that focus on core manufacturing leadership gaps. A Day in the Life The position will provide ownership, direction, and execution of the Foundations Leadership Program (FLP) at all the sites located in the Global Manufacturing organization. This position will also oversee Step Up training (Leadership Prep Program), Manufacturing Leadership Development through the Intentional Leadership Academy (ILA). The position will support other GTLS programs such as Train the Trainer, supporting OE specialists, and support other dedicated site operations or maintenance trainers. As the owner of these programs, the incumbent will be responsible for developing curriculum, optimizing delivery mechanisms (i.e. self-directed learning, digital, etc.), facilitating training, measuring curriculum effectiveness, and continuously improve. The ability to consult and work collaboratively with manufacturing site personnel as well as management to get buy-in and accomplish program objectives will be mission critical. The role will conduct routine health and maturity assessments of the current programs to ensure consistency and capability to value for Global Manufacturing.
