Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed. Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain accurate product identification, production documentation, and scrap accountability. Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow write and verbal instructions. Ability to lift 20-50 pounds frequently throughout the shift. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment. Ability to make minor machine offset adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and process control checks. Bility to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
