Requisition and Specialist Recruiter Details REQ 147261 - Twanette Coetser Closing Date - 7 September 2026 Location and Cluster Nedbank Corporate Investement Banking - Client Services and Digital 135 Rivonia Sandton, Johannesburg Specialist: Imports Job Purpose The Import Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Import Bills for Collection and Import Letters of Credit. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, facilitates smooth transaction execution, and mitigates financial risks associated with international transactions. Job Responsibilities Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and process and release import documentation, including Bills for Collection and Letters of Credit. Ensure all documents comply with international trade regulations and client requirements. Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal departments to facilitate the processing of Letters of Credit and Bills for Collection. Monitor the status of import transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Ensure all controls are adhered to. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to import transactions. Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and other stakeholders. Requiremetns Successfully completed NQF Level 6 or Higher in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
