About us Shipping Clerk – Attention to Detail Required (CTPAT & FTZ Experience Preferred) We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and logistics processes, a strong understanding of CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Your Contribution Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately. Ensure compliance with CTPAT security protocols and FTZ regulations. Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain inventory and shipping records. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to ensure timely shipments. Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to maintain records, communicate with internal teams, and prepare shipping documentation. Follow company safety, security, and compliance procedures. Your Profile Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of CTPAT and FTZ requirements preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
