Sustainability Regulations Business Support Expert Purpose: The Sustainability Regulations Business Support Expert plays a critical role in ensuring operational compliance with the EUDR and supporting the transition from implementation to Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes. This position is responsible for executing the Due Diligence process, monitoring regulatory adherence, managing knowledge assets, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, markets, factories, and IT counterparts. The expert will support continuous process improvements and provide training and expertise in sustainability regulations. Responsibilities: Execute EUDR Due Diligence: collect data, assess risks, submit and validate DDS records. Monitor compliance and identify non-conformities, applying relevant legislation. Support transition from implementation to BAU, including handling manual tasks if needed. Act as a bridge between business and IT for issue resolution and incident support. Deliver training sessions and maintain documentation and knowledge assets. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports; contribute to continuous process improvements. Communicate with markets, factories, and internal teams on updates and support needs. Requirements: University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field. 3+ years' experience in a corporate/FMCG setting, preferably in sustainability or customer support. Fluent in oral and written English Understanding of procurement related cross-functional processes is a plus. Experience in process or project management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Able to interpret legislation and translate it into actionable steps.
