Zensar Technologies Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep manufacturing expertise to lead enterprise‑wide process optimization, system design, and digital transformation initiatives. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring seamless delivery from requirements gathering through solution adoption.
• Analyze, optimize, and standardize manufacturing business processes across the enterprise. • Define and improve operating procedures, workflows, and future‑state process designs. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRS, user stories). • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business users to design effective solutions. • Support the full system lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation adoption. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and change‑management activities. • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and recommend process improvements. • Drive digital transformation, automation, and operational‑excellence programs. • Create and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools. • Provide executive‑level communication and governance of business processes.
• 10+ years of business analysis or functional consulting experience. • Strong manufacturing domain knowledge and enterprise application background. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. • Expertise in business process analysis, re‑engineering, and enterprise process design. • Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution design. • Experience creating and managing BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories. • Excellent stakeholder, change‑management, and executive communication skills. • Hands‑on experience with Power BI and reporting solution development. • Proven track record influencing business decisions and driving transformation initiatives. • Strategic thinker focused on business value, process excellence, and solution adoption.
