About this role
Responsibilities: •Provide alteration service to the customers •Alter all kinds of ready-to-wear for the customers if appropriate •Provide alteration and tailoring support to shops without own Tailor when necessary •Teach the team the proper way to make measurement for alteration •Provide new launched seasonal ready-to-wear alteration information briefing •Liaise and update different parties for alternation schedule and update regularly Requirements: •With relevant experience in luxury brand or in similar capacity •Proficiency in processing different alteration •Reliable, pleasant, hard-working, service-minded, and well-organized •Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin are a plus
