Provides Agile coaching, training, and mentoring on Agile methodologies, frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure the consistent adoption and effective application of Agile ways of working across teams and the organization. Coaches leaders and team members at all levels to strengthen Agile capability, foster a mindset grounded in the Agile Manifesto, and improve organizational agility. Serves as the product owner for Agile ways of working, delivery visualization, reporting, and supporting tools, continuously improving how work is measured, visualized, prioritized, and managed from idea intake through execution and value realization. Leverages Agile metrics, visual management practices, and delivery data to provide actionable insights that enhance transparency, decision-making, flow, predictability, and business outcomes. Applies deep Agile expertise to guide new and existing teams, influence leaders and associates in evolving from traditional to Agile ways of working, and drive improvements in delivery performance, Agile maturity, and enterprise agility. Operates under limited supervision.
• Teach, lead, and mentor cross-functional business groups to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values, SAFe and scrum concepts and practices, providing them the necessary tools, reporting visibility and guidance to successfully implement across high-impact programs throughout the enterprise • Identify and coach Agile evangelists across the organization who can act as informal mentors/peers and continue increasing the maturity across the organization • Coach teams in scrum tasks (e.g., sprint planning, user story mapping, estimations, daily stand ups, demos, retrospective discussions, etc.) • Identify and resolve systemic impediments • Collaborate with leadership to align Agile delivery, reporting and visual management outputs with strategic goals • Act as product owner for Lending's way of working and tooling from idea intake through execution and value realization • Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement • May perform other duties as assigned
• 2+ years of experience in Agile coaching or delivery roles • Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, etc.), successfully coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios • Experience in successful Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations • Experience with different agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP, SAFe, etc.) • Experience in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behavior change and establishing sustainability through cultural change • Experience in working with Microsoft Azure Boards , including Azure DevOps, reporting, queries, boards, dashboards and delivery insights • Experience using Power BI, Excel, dashboards, scorecards, or similar reporting and analysis tools to visualize Agile delivery, flow, maturity and performance metrics • Experience in coaching and guiding teams in understanding scaled agile principles and practices • Experience working with senior executives and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions critical to adoption and implementation of Agile practice • Experience in leading Agile training sessions, workshops, ways of working, planning sessions and creating required documentation and materials • Experience in delivering presentations to virtual and in person teams • Working knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that knowledge at all levels across the enterprise • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Agile certifications on Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS) • SPC Certification Additional Information Hours:
