• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Forestry, or a relevant field. • 5+ years of management experience with a successful track record of influencing others and delivering results. • Strong safety leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business principles. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Agile mindset, adaptable to change and capable of leading organizational transformation. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in manufacturing and operational environments. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for business needs. • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and operational problem-solving. • Passion for continuous learning, employee development and a commitment to operational excellence.
