Job Overview: As a Senior Director – GCC Coverage within the Private Banking Front Office (Relationship Management), you will be a cornerstone of the Private Banking team, primarily focused on revenue generation. You will manage high-value portfolios, driving substantial revenue growth, and overseeing a book of business to:
• Generate Net New Money and Revenues for the bank. • Identify and cultivate new prospects, transforming them into valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the growth of the Private Bank by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships in GCC Market while identifying and developing new prospects into bank clients. • Increase the share of invested assets by providing tailored solutions, exploring investment opportunities with clients, and conducting regular account reviews with Investment Advisors. • Increase client share of wallet and diversify the Private Bank by collaborating on direct investment opportunities and building strong partnerships across ENBD business lines, including Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management. • Foster teamwork and develop team members by introducing clients and prospects to senior team members and seeking their guidance and support for relationship management and product development. Skills and Experience:
• MBA in Finance or Bachelor’s degree • CFA or equivalent financial services qualifications (Desirable) • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services • Experience covering GCC Markets • Possess strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets, portfolio management and investment products, along with comprehensive understanding of compliance, due diligence, anti-money laundering regulations, and basic legal structures such as offshore accounts & trusts.
