Key Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts, Purchase Orders, Order Forms, NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, Addendums and partner agreements under guidance from the legal team. • Support the Deal Desk team in deal structuring, pricing approvals and compliance with internal policies. • Maintain and update the contract repository and deal trackers for accuracy and visibility. • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure timely closure of Agreements and Documents. • Assist in preparing risk summaries, compliance checklists and redline documentation. • Support process automation and standardization of contract workflows. • Conduct basic research on legal and regulatory requirements impacting business operations. • Participate in the review of customer and vendor RFPs/RFIs for contractual requirements. • Help prepare dashboards, MIS reports and deal status updates for leadership reviews. • Expertise in High Level Power Point Presentations, Advance Excel & Power BI Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Law, MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations or related fields (final year students can also apply) and Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experience is a Plus. • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with tools i.e. Advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point. • Good analytical, research and documentation skills. • Familiarity with contract management and CRM tools i.e. Salesforce is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines and strong organizational skills. • Strong interest in commercial contracts, deal structuring, and corporate legal operations.
