As a Guestroom Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean, fresh, safe, and ready for arrival. • Clean and service guest rooms to hotel and brand standards. • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. • Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns. • Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies. • Follow all safety, security, housekeeping, and chemical-handling procedures. • Restock housekeeping supplies and complete scheduled deep cleaning. • Help create a positive guest experience every day! Qualifications:
• 1+ year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic. • Professional communication and teamwork skills. • Dependable & flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed. • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
