The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

This position is a full-time, onsite role at St. Jude's Community Services building, located at 130 W. Bastanchury Rd., Fullerton, CA, 92835, serving two grant funded programs, the Caregiver Resource Center OC and St. Jude Brain Injury Network. Track service statistics, enter data into multiple platforms and prepare reports to funders. Prepare correspondence, reports, and contracts as directed. Compile and prepare data for statistical reports and claims for reimbursement. Maintain filing system, mailing lists, and office equipment and supplies. Assist in scheduling program activities and meetings. Maintain client records and all demographic information for program operations up to date. Respond to community, client, and family requests for information and assistance. Provide reception service and general clerical services. • 2 years of experience in clerical or receptionist duties. • Experience in coordinating schedules and communications with outside entities. Preferred qualifications:
