• Asegurar la adherencia con las políticas, herramientas, manuales y directrices de NRC
• Apoyar con la implementación del portafolio del Programa de Alojamiento e Infraestructura de acuerdo al plan de acción.
• Preparar y desarrollar reportes requeridos por la gerencia Alojamiento e Infraestructura y/o WASHo de área.
• Asegurar el archivo adecuado de los documentos.
• Promover y compartir ideas para fortalecer las funciones de apoyo.
• Implementar procedimientos y actividades indistintamente dentro de la propia función o competencia básica según sea delegado.
• Desarrollar y mantener el conocimiento del área de trabajo en la que se presta asistencia y apoyo, con el fin de ser más efectivo en el apoyo al equipo.
• Alguna experiencia previa por pasantía o practica universitaria.
• Experiencia de trabajo en funciones de apoyo en contextos de ayuda humanitaria.
• Experiencia previa de trabajo en contextos complejos y cambiantes.
• Experiencia comprobable relacionada con las responsabilidades del cargo.
• Algún conocimiento en el idioma inglés.
