Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering individualized treatment programs designed to relieve pain, restore function, prevent disability, and promote overall health and wellness. Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, developmental, and functional impairments. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes. • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate. • Participate in professional development, clinical education, and performance improvement initiatives. • Promote a safe, clean, and effective treatment environment for patients and team members. Qualifications
