• Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution to support acquisition for Mashreq NEO in the UAE.
• Lead NTB (New-to-Bank) campaigns, ensuring strong customer adoption and engagement.
• Oversee in-house digital marketing team performance (India-based), ensuring strong strategic direction, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes across campaigns.
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory, brand, and product alignment requirements across channels.
