• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels. • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications. • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach. • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. • Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives. • Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation. • Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Self-driven with the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment. • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high workload. • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Comfortable learning new systems and technology. • Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required. *A formal job description will be provided upon request.
