Build and execute commodity strategies •Conduct the market researches to understand supply market dynamics and provide market insights •Develop commodity strategy for Electro-mech to align with business strategy. •Sponsor cross-function teamwork in order to effectively execute commodity strategies •Select and manage required suppliers who have the capacity and capability to meet the material needs of the business Productivity/Working Capital •Plan and execute supplier negotiations to obtain best-in-class pricing, terms and conditions •Establish a continuous project deck pipeline and conduct regular reviews to deliver to an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) •Implement practices to enable technology-driven processes including e-Auctions of major spend opportunities. •Actively work together with global Sourcing co-workers to leverage Honeywell spending to extract benefits for the company. NPI projects management •Support NPI sourcing using a collaborative approach to ensure that project targets are met regarding schedule, cost, quality and other key measures Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency •Deploy standardized sourcing processes working together with site sourcing, SQE/buyer •Continuously seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness through Lean initiatives and standardized work Support sites operations globally •Support site issues regarding supplier delivery, quality, pricing etc.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of category procurement experience and strong expertise in supplier development. • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills. • Proficient in spoken and written English. • Industrial background preferred. Proven experience in project procurement; hands-on experience in high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production is a strong plus.
