About this role
We're looking for a Software Engineer (Frontend) proficient in React, Next.js, and Node.js to join our engineering team. You'll independently own complex feature work end-to-end, serve as an emerging technical voice, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to team-level technical design — all while building growing cross-stack awareness beyond your frontend specialization.

• Build observability into features from the start; lead monitoring improvements • Instrument Core Web Vitals and real-user monitoring (RUM); work within defined SLOs • Recommend monitoring improvements based on production data Cloud Skills
• Design and deploy cloud architectures (primarily GCP) for feature work • Identify cost/reliability improvements and apply advanced security patterns • Help shape team cloud standards Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as technical lead on medium-complexity projects • Drive measurable process improvements; mentor junior (GSR5) engineers Contribute to PI planning and sprint commitment accuracy
• 4–6 years of professional experience in front-end/web development • Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js • Track record of owning complex, multi-component features end-to-end • Experience writing automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
• Solid grasp of state management, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG) • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally GCP • Experience with CI/CD, JIRA, and Confluence • Familiarity with observability practices (Core Web Vitals, RUM) • Strong communication skills; mentoring experience a plus • Growing understanding of backend/API design and cross-stack debugging
