Are you ready to design your future? Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications and supporting documentation. • Coordinate with local, state, and regulatory agencies to resolve permitting issues and requirements. • Monitor permit status, approvals, expirations, inspections, and required renewals. • Review plans and documentation for completeness and compliance with agency requirements. • Maintain accurate permit logs, records, correspondence, and project documentation. • Coordinate inspections and communicate inspection requirements and results to project teams. • Identify potential permitting delays and proactively communicate impacts to project schedules. • Assist project managers with permitting schedules, regulatory requirements, and compliance. • Coordinate responses to agency comments, revisions, and requests for additional information. • Ensure all required permits are obtained before construction activities begin and remain in compliance throughout the project. What You Bring:

• Permit related experience. • High school diploma plus 4 years of FDOT permit related experience. • Valid driver's license. • Advanced MOT/TTC • Teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
