Working 8‑hour shifts, you will assist with pre‑bussing, water replenishment, resetting tables, and coordinating with servers to ensure each guest receives attentive, high‑quality service. • Pre‑bus dining areas by clearing debris and resetting tables for the next guests. • Replenish water glasses and ensure all beverage stations are stocked. • Assist servers with timely delivery of food and beverages to their sections. • Coordinate service efforts with assigned servers to maintain a seamless flow. • Monitor dining room for any maintenance needs and report issues promptly. • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and bussing equipment. • Support the front‑of‑house team during peak periods and special events. • Communicate guest requests and special accommodations to the service team. • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. • Exhibit a positive, upbeat demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
