As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand image. • Build and nurture customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies. • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
