About this role
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough credit analyses and evaluations for our clients, ensuring their financial stability and creditworthiness. Your work will directly impact our company's lending decisions and overall financial health.
• Conduct comprehensive credit analyses and evaluations for clients. • Review and assess financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data. • Identify potential risks and make informed recommendations to mitigate them. • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to stay updated. • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure a seamless lending process. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit assessments. • Provide timely and accurate credit reports to internal stakeholders. • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance. • Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures. • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the CLM Domestic BFSI department.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry. • Familiarity with credit scoring models and risk assessment techniques. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
