Bugsy Siegel’s desert dream, the Flamingo, has anchored the Las Vegas Strip since they started rolling dice in 1946. Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and/or product knowledge. Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction.
• Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and/or product knowledge. • Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction. • Trains and coaches the Sales Associates, in conjunction with the supervisor, in selling techniques, customer service and establishing clientele. • Promotes positive guest/client relations. • Maintains a clean and orderly store. • Operates cash register and makes financial transactions. • May be assigned to work in any retail outlet. • Completes special assignments as requested.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • 1-2 years prior retail sales experience preferred. • Working knowledge of items sold in assigned outlet. • 21 years of age or older and ability to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as folding, hanging, and stocking merchandise • Ability to lift, carry, and transport merchandise and supplies • High-volume retail environments may require additional physical labor, including stocking coolers and transporting stock from remote storage locations • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while handling cash and operating registers • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Ability to use good guest service awareness to help deter theft and notify Security when needed • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
