Arconic is currently in search of PM Crew members to join our Maintenance Team based in Springdale, Arkansas

In this role, you will:

• Have General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting Skills • Identify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problems • Fix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee.

• Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problems • Troubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failures • Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistance • Repair mechanical failures in a timely fashion • General Idea of manufacturing operations, such as: • Extrusion Press Operation • Water Treatment Process Pumping and Systems • Anodizing and Paint Operations

• Perform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical Inspections • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

You have: (required)

• Skills Assessment from Synergy Tech must be taken and meet minimum requirements. • Initiative to learn new tasks and interested in training • Enthusiastic about learning equipment and learning failure patterns. • Self motivation and self discipline • Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting • Must be flexible to work any shift, holidays, and weekends as needed • Overtime is required if deemed necessary by management • Ability to be certified for Forklift, Crane, Gennie, and Scissor Lift
