The Luxury Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the mechanical assembly, project management and production of various program and agent-focused assets for the purpose of overall program growth and promotion. These projects may include but are not limited to execution and/or production of communication assets, presentations, marketing plans and other miscellaneous program components. Drive Global Luxury Program Engagement and Awareness
Effectively communicate the entire Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program marketing offerings; deliver the benefits of the luxury marketing program in addition to promoting the value to drive adoption of the luxury certification designation. Deliver company value propositions, concierge programs, company tools & services that fit accordingly with agent value propositions within local markets. The Luxury Marketing Specialist should be prepared to assume responsibility for and provide coverage of the Luxury Marketing Manager role in certain instances. Actively seek and contribute concepts, feedback and objectives designed to strengthen the Global Luxury® program value and perception throughout the network. Collect top agent success stories and regularly share effective practices and productive experiences with the team. Luxury- focused Support to Independent Sales Associates
Work proactively alongside the Luxury Marketing Manager with top independent sales associates and their assistants/teams to support their personal and property marketing needs and business goals, with all efforts focused on driving engagement with the luxury team and resources. Provide high level support and analysis of existing materials and campaigns through one-on-one meetings, office and group training, phone, and email to the agents, their teams, their support staff and their marketing assistants. Possess the ability to effectively deliver the benefits of the luxury marketing program in various formats, incorporating program talking points into marketing efforts and campaigns where relevant. Track, record and report ongoing project activities and be prepared to decipher and share marketing trends and success stories with the team. Provide issue resolution where needed and provide strategic support for recruiting and retention activities, including materials preparation. Additionally, documentation of all direct agent communications and interactions via the CBGL Touchpoint App will be required on a weekly basis. Prepare and provide reporting for review on a consistent, semi-monthly cadence. Field and facilitate luxury and program-related inquiries from the network, managers and field marketing team, routing to the LMM when necessary. Awareness, Communications and Events
Implement and support company and agent awareness of the program including coordination of promotional assets for events, communications resources, public relations opportunities and award & recognitions focused on the luxury sector. Remain connected and informed in all marketing-related company tools and resources in the luxury sector and beyond, attending and consuming all national product launch/update calls, field marketing communications, company initiatives and announcements.
