We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Hospitality Cashier / Valet Attendant to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering outstanding guest service, and maintaining professionalism at all times. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay: $19.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. • Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. • Provide valet parking services while ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles. • Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions. • Issue receipts and maintain accurate cashier records. • Assist guests with directions, information, and hospitality-related requests. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. • Follow company procedures regarding cash handling and vehicle operations. • Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience. • Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred. • Prior cashiering experience, including processing credit card transactions, required. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments. • Dependable, responsible, and punctual. • Positive attitude and willingness to work. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must have a clean driving record and successfully meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements. • Valid driver's license required.
