Business Operations Specialist; Therapy, 0.7 FTE
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Business Operations Specialist to join our Rehab Therapy Team. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing and supporting business operations and overall clinic office management. This position focuses on modeling and delivering exceptional customer service, while training team members to ensure high-quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and achievement of organizational goals. Through a consistent on-site clinic presence, the Business Operations Specialist supports growth initiatives, identifies and addresses training opportunities, drives process improvement efforts, and promotes operational consistency across the Rehab Therapy Division.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes. • Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. • Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives. • Creating, updating, and improving workflows and corresponding resources. • Identifying, gathering, and communicating key data/metrics to support operations Why UnityPoint Health?At UnityPoint Health, you matter. License/Certifications: • Credentialed Trainer - or successful completion of program upon hire Qualifications Include: • Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field.
