Instructional-District Resource Teacher-K-12 Gifted and Enrichment
Job description: The K-12 Gifted and Enrichment District Resource Teacher supports high-quality gifted and advanced learning opportunities by developing, reviewing, and aligning curriculum, instructional resources, and enrichment programming with state standards and district priorities.
They provide coaching and professional learning for school-based gifted contacts, teachers, and administrators to strengthen differentiated instruction and talent development practices. Additionally, they analyze student data to support identification and service delivery, collaborate with district departments on assessment and program implementation, and ensure access to rigorous, engaging learning experiences that foster advanced academic achievement, creativity, critical thinking, and student innovation.
Required qualifications, skills and experience: Bachelors Degree with graduate credits in specialized educational related areas A Masters Degree is desirable.
