Sunset Express-Customer Experience Associate
Job Description: Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL THE SCHEDULE LISTED BELOW (NIGHT SHIFT): MONDAY - FRIDAY 1400 - 2300 (2:00PM - 11:00PM) SATURDAY/SUNDAY 1430 - 2300 (2:30PM - 11:00PM)
Job Qualifications: Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
