As a Shift Supervisor (MCSS), you are responsible for the daily operation of an Exchange branch facility. You will assist growing sales by leading the team that oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned areas. As a Shift Supervisor (MCSS), you will utilize leadership skills to empower associates, identify the root cause of issues, and create a positive environment that drives customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.
