Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via chat, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, configuration and performance issues. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on application features, usage, and configuration. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams with detailed documentation. Log and track support tickets to ensure timely updates and resolution. Document common issues, solutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt communication. Basic understanding of software applications, web technologies, databases, and APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
