Senior Network Engineer
Job description: Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise • Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Cisco enterprise networking, including: • Cisco ACI (design, multi-pod / multi-site preferred) • Core routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) • Cisco FTD / firewalls • SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela / Meraki SD-WAN)
• Strong experience with multi-data-center environments. • Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance. • Aruba networking experience (campus / wireless) – preferred. Architecture & Assurance • Proven experience delivering architecture assessments and readiness reviews. • Ability to produce executive-ready documentation and presentations. • Experience validating designs against performance-critical applications (Epic or similar healthcare systems strongly preferred). Soft Skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and governance mindset.
Preferred Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Administration • ITIL based support team with 24x7 support operations • Exp Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge • Experience in conducting datacentre network tests • Prior experience leading or scaling offshore network teams
