Job Description: Location: Sibiu/Bucharest
To Be Successful You Will Need to Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered); • Fluent in French and English language (reading/writing/speaking); • Sales experience is mandatory, minimum 2 years experience; • Experience with acquisition customer and key accounts management is preferred; • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred; • Knowledge of IT industry preferred; • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter; • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilitie; • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask; • Problem solving and analytical skills; • Customer / Client facing experience would be handy. The job includes:
• Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities; • Preparing and managing end to end customer proposals including pricing activities; • Closing the deal; • Continuously covering existing customer relations and acquiring new customers; • Point of contact for account/ leads and business partners alike; • Day to day account management in driving account revenue and profit by proactive back and front office support duties; • Logging of calls and action/managing items from calls (follow up); • Working with account /leads to effectively manage sales opportunities and forecasting; • Liaising with sales support teams and resolving customer issues; • Escalation of sales issues effectively to sales team and management; • Liaising with Business Partners and Field Sales Account Managers for day to day order management and escalation to order desk; • Assist with quarterly sales campaigning within account set; • Closing sales opportunities; • Identifying new opportunities within Business Partners and assigned customers.
