We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Scheduler to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide production planning and scheduling solutions. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning processes, including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Production Planning. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, production throughput, inventory optimization, and service levels. Location: Brisbane, QLD Salary: AUD 150,042 – 171,215 Annual Gross Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis). Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead SAP Production Planning and Master Scheduling workstreams across transformation and implementation programs. • Design and implement end-to-end production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling processes in SAP S/4HANA. • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Business stakeholders to define future- state planning processes. • Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business strategy. • Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analyses, and solution design discussions. • Develop and maintain planning roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices. • Oversee testing, deployment, hyper care, and post-go-live support activities. • Provide leadership and mentoring to functional consultants, analysts, and project teams. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and planning optimization. Technical Expertise Requirements
• Strong experience designing and implementing Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes to support long- term production stability, inventory optimization, and on-time customer fulfilment. • Experience leveraging SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, CDS views, and KPI reporting to improve planning visibility and operational decision-making. • 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with significant focus on Production Planning and Scheduling. • Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain solution implementations. • Strong expertise in SAP PP, MPS, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling. • Hands-on experience with SAP PP/DS and/or SAP IBP. • Proven ability to lead solution design, architecture reviews, and business process transformation initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead geographically distributed teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Essential: • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities ADDITIONAL • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus) • SAP S/4HANA Production Planning Certification. • SAP IBP or PP/DS Certification. • Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC). • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and Advanced Planning concepts. • Experience with Advanced ATP (aATP). • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. • Prior experience in Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Principal Consultant, or Enterprise Architect roles. • Exposure to global template rollouts and large-scale SAP transformation programs.
