Job Description: Junior AR Officer with Spanish Infosys Romania Sp. z o.o. - Bucharest - Hybrid 3/2 We are looking for a candidate with: Experience in AR (1 year) preferably, or PTP knowledge Spanish level min. B2 (essential for client communication purposes) Finance/Accounting studies or Finished accounting courses/or already good experience in AR Strong analytical skills Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details Experience in reporting area Multitasking Eye for improvement areas Good team player Customer orientation and proactive approach

Your key activities: Handling Dunning process for Spain Email and phone queries handling Accounts analysis Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
