Main duties of the job Join our Agincourt care home team as a Night Care Assistant. A rewarding role where kindness and compassion meet purpose, help brighten someones day. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with medication, and supporting daily living activities. Build meaningful relationships and help enrich residents' lives through activities and social engagement. We offer outstanding career development with fully funded training, 36 hours per week including alternating weekends, £12.76 per hour, and various benefits including a Refer-a-Friend scheme and pension. Must have right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
